Your coating or film aftercare schedule
Pick the product and the day it went on. We'll list the dates its maker's instructions and warranty set: when it can get wet, the first wash, and the yearly visits that keep the warranty alive. Add them to your calendar if you like.
The install date stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
Where the dates come from
Each step is from the maker's own cure instructions or warranty terms, linked under your schedule. Where a maker doesn't publish something, we say to ask your installer rather than guess. Your installer's written instructions and your warranty card come first if they differ.

Aftercare: common questions
How long after a ceramic coating can I wash my car?
It depends on the product. The makers we checked say from 5 days (CARPRO CQuartz UK 3.0) to 14 days (GYEON Mohs EVO, Ceramic Pro, System X). Use your installer’s written instructions.
Do ceramic coatings need annual maintenance?
Several warranties require it. Ceramic Pro, XPEL FUSION PLUS and System X need a paid yearly service or inspection within about 30 days of each anniversary, and Opti-Coat Pro3’s lifetime term needs yearly maintenance.
What happens if I miss a coating inspection?
Under the makers’ own terms, Ceramic Pro shortens the warranty (lifetime becomes 7 years for Ultimate ION), and XPEL FUSION PLUS and System X warranties become void.
